Effective immediately, all Pasabuy transactions will follow a PAYO (Pay As You Order) policy. This change has been implemented to ensure a smoother transaction process, due to a number of non-compliant clients and bogus buyers.

PAYO Policy: Clients are required to pay the full amount upon placing their Pasabuy request. Failure to make the payment will result in the request not being processed.

Refunds: If a requested item is not successfully purchased, the client will receive a refund for the cost of the item. However, please note that the purchase assistance fee (starting at PHP 100) is non-refundable.

Clients must provide a direct link to the item they wish to purchase. This link should be accurate and functional to ensure a successful transaction.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Our online purchase coordinator will not be held liable for any scams, misleading information, or discrepancies related to the product or item. Clients are responsible for ensuring the legitimacy and accuracy of the items they wish to purchase.

6. Conduct and Behavior

Rude and arrogant behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who exhibit such behavior.

7. Payment Terms Compliance

Non-compliance with payment terms will result in the cancellation of the order and refusal of future Purchase Assistance/Pasabuy requests.
