Cancellation of secured items will incur a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total order value. This policy also applies to any order changes. Kindly ensure that you are fully committed before finalizing your purchase.
PAYMENT TERMS
a. Payments must be made by the agreed date. Buyers are expected to comply with the specified payment schedule.
b. Orders without a deposit and left unclaimed for more than 15 days will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
c. Items with outstanding balances beyond 30 days from the date of purchase will be disposed of.
d. Late Payment Fee**:** A fee of ₱50 per day will apply until the full balance is settled.

Storage: Due to limited storage, orders must be checked out within 30 days. Unclaimed items will be disposed of beyond this period.
Order Consolidation: Combined shipping is only permitted for items with the same estimated time of arrival (ETA), except for photo cards.

Order Transfer Restrictions: Orders cannot be transferred to another person (pasalo) or dropped for group shipping. We only transact with the original buyer.
Courier Services: J&T, Flash Express, LBC (for photocards only)
Liability: Once items are shipped, HMH will not be liable for any damages or loss. Orders are packed with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
Shipping Instructions: Buyers are responsible for specifying which items are to be shipped. For combined shipping, ensure the complete order details are provided in the message box when submitting the request.
